Schedule a visit

A meeting with the principal can be scheduled by calling the school office at 423.462.3008. It is required that your student accompany you on this day. During the meeting our principal will explain the foundational beliefs this school is founded upon as well as the expectations that are held for each student and their families. You will then be given a guided tour of the facility, meeting other staff as well as current students. At the conclusion of the tour, you will leave with a folder that contains all the information you will need to move forward if you choose to pursue a place at VCA.

shadow day

Another aspect of the admissions process includes a shadow day for prospective students. Your student will be hosted by a current student at VCA. He/ she will sit in classes, meet students, teachers, and staff, allowing them to see what a day in the life at Valley Christian Academy is really like.

Apply

Once a successful meeting and tour has been completed, the next step is the application. You can fill out the application in your folder and return it to the school or you can fill one out online by clicking the links provided below and emailing it to: admin@valleychristianacademy.us.

Placement Testing

Placement tests may be required for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade. This can take place on the Shadow Day.
